Does this tour fit?

Privacy and vehicle
Your group has its own Hyundai Staria van, air conditioning and local driver-guide. No shared groups.
Length and start time
4–8 hours, in 1-hour increments. Choose your pickup time, including an afternoon start. Use Aruba local time, UTC−04:00, in 15-minute steps. Online booking requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
Capacity
Up to 10 guests per van excluding its driver; 9 full-size passenger seats. The tenth seat is compact, perfect for a child or small person. All children count toward capacity. Ten full-size adults in one van should contact us for suitable transport. Book up to four vans together online, including smaller groups who want more room. Each van has its own guide; all share the booking date, pickup time and duration. Each van’s total is rounded down separately, then added. Child seating needs must be discussed before booking.
Pickup and drop-off
Included anywhere on Aruba, including hotels and villas. An address can be arranged later. Cruise guests use the meeting instructions supplied after booking.
Your stops
Choose from 25 locations, request another place, or decide with your guide on the day. Selection is optional. Roughly 4–6 stops in four hours, then 1–2 per extra hour. Stops are a wish list. Distance and time spent at each stop affect what fits; your guide helps arrange the route. A quote does not validate a route or attraction opening hours.

Price in US dollars

Add 7% tax and 2% card fee (9% combined), then round the final total down to a whole dollar. The four-hour total for up to three adults is $434. Tour prices include the van, guide, pickup and drop-off. Separate attraction admissions are excluded.

Important before recommending or booking

Is the van tour the right choice if we want the Natural Pool?

No. The Natural Pool is not a stop on the van tour. We also offer private Jeep tours that can take you there.

Full FAQ context

Can we visit the caves and swim at Baby Beach on the same tour?

Yes. The two caves and Baby Beach can be combined, but on a 4-hour tour they would normally be the two main visits, with limited time for anything else. Pickup location, park access and how long you want to swim all matter. Choose a longer tour for a more relaxed day, and visit the park early enough to meet its entry and cave-visiting hours.

Full FAQ context

What if our cruise ship arrives late or skips Aruba?

No tour charge. If you’ve already paid, we’ll refund it. Please let us know promptly. If the ship is delayed, we will try to move the pickup to a workable time. If we cannot accommodate the revised arrival, there is no tour charge; if payment has already been taken, it is refunded. Please share the updated port schedule and all-aboard time so we can plan safely.

Full FAQ context

Where do cruise guests meet the guide?

Usually at the Citgo gas station beside the Oranjestad cruise terminal. We’ll send precise instructions after booking. It is a short walk from the terminal area. We send the guide’s contact details the day before. Different berths and exits can affect the walk; contact us beforehand if you need a closer or accessible meeting arrangement.

Full FAQ context

Is the van wheelchair accessible with a ramp or lift?

Our standard vans do not have a wheelchair ramp or lift, and a guest cannot travel seated in a wheelchair inside them. The standard tour requires getting in and out of the van, and many natural stops have uneven ground. Contact us before booking if you have mobility needs; a specially planned low-walking outing may be possible, but wheelchair-adapted transport is not currently a confirmed service.

Full FAQ context

Can you carry a folding wheelchair, walker or mobility scooter?

Please contact us with the folded dimensions, weight, passenger count and the assistance you need before bringing a mobility aid. Cargo space is limited and the vans have no ramp or lift. We have not published capacity limits for wheelchairs, scooters or heavy equipment, so they must be assessed individually. The usual tour requires guests to board the van without being lifted.

Full FAQ context

How much luggage and beach gear can we bring?

Small day bags are fine. Space for larger beach gear depends on the vehicle and how many people are traveling. Do not bring suitcases, bulky equipment or several large items unless we have agreed to them in advance. Tell us the number and size of the items so we can confirm they fit safely without using required passenger seats.

Full FAQ context

Which languages can our guide speak?

Our guides speak English and Dutch, and most also speak Spanish and Papiamento. Tell us your preferred language in advance so we can match you with a suitable guide. A request for a particular language or specialist topic should be confirmed rather than assumed from the booking form.

Stops and admission

Most stops have no entry fee. Optional activities are separate. Arikok’s single park admission covers both caves; do not charge admission twice. Attraction ticket age bands differ from the tour’s free-child band. External admission prices may change.

Contact the team

Call (305) 424-8326, 8am–4pm daily, Aruba time, or send a question. Assistants can use send_tour_question through MCP or the documented contact API, with customer permission to share the question and reply email. An inquiry is not a booking, amendment or cancellation. A reference confirms receipt by the mail transport, not a staff reply.

How assistants can help

Read the public JSON facts, use the stop IDs, and request a price or prefilled link using the OpenAPI description. No account or API key is needed for planning. The planning API creates no booking, sends no email and accepts no personal or card information.

The guest reviews the current price, fills in their details, accepts the booking terms, and enters their card only in Stripe’s secure fields on our website. Only a successful booking confirmation establishes a reservation. Live inventory is not checked by the planning API. For encrypted drafts, verified outcomes and guest-authorized reservation requests, see the assistant operations guide. No tool charges a card or directly changes/cancels a booking.
