# Aruba Sightseeing Tours by Aruba Your Way

> Official public information and planning tools for a private, air-conditioned Aruba van tour with a local driver-guide.

Tour length: 4–8 hours. Island-wide pickup and drop-off included. Choose stops or decide with the guide. Up to four vans per booking, with a separate passenger allocation and rounded total for each van. Maximum 10 guests per van; 9 full-size passenger seats. The tenth seat is compact, perfect for a child or small person.

A four-hour private tour for up to three adults totals $434 USD including tax/card fee. Prices are whole USD for the group. Separate attraction admission is excluded. Use a current quote for other groups/durations. Facts updated 2026-10-14 by the operator; attraction fees can change.

Planning tools do not reserve inventory, create bookings, save cards or charge money. The booking link opens an editable form; the guest reviews the current price and completes consent and secure Stripe card saving. Only a successful booking confirmation confirms a tour. No personal/card data or consent flags belong in public planning requests.

## Guest-approved transactions

Use `assess_van_tour_request` to compare explicit needs with tour facts and an exact quote. Resolve any unmet needs or qualifications; a product fit is not live availability or a confirmed reservation.

With customer permission, `create_van_booking_draft` stores an encrypted draft for 24 hours. Give its private approval link to the guest; they review/edit, consent and save their card directly with Stripe. Keep the separate operation credential private and use `get_van_booking_outcome` for a verified receipt. Neither a draft nor saved-card progress is confirmation. Preserve the random request_key and identical input on retries.

For an existing reservation, `request_van_reservation_access` creates a guest approval link. The guest verifies their recorded email and grants one hour of access on the website. Never ask for their code. Then use `get_van_reservation`, `preview_van_reservation_request`, and, only after explicit guest approval, `submit_van_reservation_request`. Changes/cancellations stay pending until the team resolves them; no automatic charging, refunds or amendments. Keep tokens out of logs and URLs; retry identical requests after uncertainty.

## Contact the team

Use `send_tour_question` through MCP, or POST to `/van-tour/api/v1/question.php`, only with permission to send the question and share the customer's reply email. This emails the team; it does not book, change or cancel a tour. See OpenAPI for the Question schema and safe retries. Keep a random UUID v4 request_id unchanged for retries within seven days. Never supply card data. Spam checks, shared limits and duplicate protection apply to all callers; suspicious messages require staff verification. The reply address is not published.
